Rooted in an architectural foundation 20Eight is a multidisciplinary design studio specializing in purpose driven product design. Hence founders Handré de la Rey and Inge de Beer are constantly refining their technique in product design. Yet their fascination with various materials is evident. As a result they are focused on, but not limited to, concrete and it’s properties.
The CS001 Project
This one is the latest of a range of products stretching from lamps to kitchen sinks. It showcases the innovative diversity in the design thinking of 20Eight. Hence we are proud to have worked in collaboration to make this animated video for the launch of the CS001 Project.
